MONTHLY PRAYER GATHERINGS

These Monthly Prayer Gatherings are foundational to this movement.

We meet at 7am on the 2nd Thursday of each month, and at different venues each month. We also hold some additional evening gatherings that are not necessarily held on Thursdays - do take special note of these evening gatherings noted in red below.

We always pray around our three banners: Christ Church united, God’s Power Released and Our City Blessed, and then have breakfast together.

These meetings are where this movement started in 2015 with only 10-15 people meeting in an office block overlooking Nottingham Castle. Since then they have grown to over 140 people from many different churches across the city. Read more about the origins of Nottingham City Prayer.
